Yes we can. We will deny customs if we currently do not have the time to fulfill them or if the request contains any of the following:

 >Requests that involve political, or anti-religious sayings/symbols/metaphors
>Requests that involve curse words/phrases
>Requests with hate speech
>Requests with certain symbols that may represent something against our policies or another group of people
>Requests that involve a re-creation from another company that we may not be able to replicate
>Other requests that may not be listed here.  

 We are a family first company and we love to keep our content wholesome  for all to enjoy. These are non-negotiable and we do reserve the right  to refuse requests and may or may not include a reason.  

We use high-quality, ethically-sourced materials such as recycled metals and organic cotton. Tumblers are made from FDA approved epoxy and we stick to stainless steel or glass tumblers. Our studded tumblers are made out of BPA free plastic making them safer than other materials.

For apparel, we like to stick to mostly cotton or linen fabrics. Polyester and other synthetic fabrics are not favorable due to their fabric origin. However, polyester works well with sublimation therefore we will still offer it depending on the request. 

Our apparel designs are primarily made using DTF transfers that last the length of the garment. However, depending on the request we may use other methods. If a different method is involved you will be informed. Any designs that require sublimation will need to be done on polyester to ensure longevity. If this is the case you will be informed of the material. 

Other accessories may be used from acrylic blanks. Acrylic is a type of synthetic material. It is most toxic during creation. By the time acrylics are shipped to you, the finished products are safe to use.

At the current moment, we do not have an active cart button. Through our buy now links, you can only purchase one item at a time. If you wish to purchase multiple items, or items in different categories, please send us a message so we can combine your order and send you a personalized invoice. This invoice will include all of your requested items as well as shipping costs. 

On each individual pay link you will need to select either the option to ship or the option for Orlando local delivery. Personal delivery will require a discussed meet up or drop off local to the Disney area. We will deliver/meet up only on Disney property. Please schedule a meet up at least 24 hours in advanced.
